	Roger Fedro, President - Fedro Custom Homes rfedro@fedrocustomhomes.com Brief Biography: Roger has been in the construction industry for over thirty years. He served as an apprentice at the prestigious Newport News Shipbuilding as a nuclear shipfitter where he graduated first in his class. He then attended Old Dominion University where he graduated with honors in Mechanical Engineering. Roger entered the residential construction business in 1992 with Perry Homes. He worked with Perry Homes for several years reaching Senior Vice President of Purchasing. He left in 1999 to form Fedro Custom Homes (FCH). Since then he has overseen the construction of over 400 homes, many of which have sold for more than $500,000, and several of which have sold for $1,000,000-$2,000,000. Fedro Custom Homes is the largest builder in Galveston. The FCH team maintains the standard of being the builder that provides the best value and exceptional service for the customer. Roger credits his success to the FCH focus on customer satisfaction and value. Roger looks forward to continuing to grow Fedro Custom Homes. 	David Edwards, Director of Construction dedwards@fedrocustomhomes.com Brief Biography: David lends twenty-four years of project management experience in the construction industry to Fedro Custom Homes. He has worked extensively with manufacturers, resellers, vendors, subcontractors and customers. David is a National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB) Graduate Master Builder and certified Instructor in Customer Services, Negotiation and Scheduling. He has a proven ability to maintain multiple homes under construction efficiently and effectively while upholding the strongest standards of quality and customer service.
	Deena Arevalo, Executive Assistant darevalo@fedrocustomhomes.com Brief Biography: Deena has recently been promoted to Executive Assistant. She is Roger's right hand. In her role of Executive Assistant, she transitions from contracts to work packaging. She handles all HUD settlement statements and insurance for FCH. She also assists with accounting and with all new development. Deena manages the office, maintaining the efficiency necessary to provide our clients with the service and quality they expect from Fedro Custom Homes.
	Sharon Grace, Senior Project Coordinator sgrace@fedrocustomhomes.com Brief Biography: Sharon brings over ten years of residential construction experience to Fedro Custom Homes. In her capacity as Project Coordinator, Sharon manages the customer selection process of all residential projects. She oversees everything from faucet selection to changes in framing which she then reports to the production staff. Sharon is the liaison between the customer and the field. In order to provide the best service possible she maintains close relationships with our clients through constant communication. She is a critical link in the team at FCH.
	Albert Diaz, Site Superintendent Brief Biography: Albert is an onsite work superintendent. During the building of a Fedro Custom Home, he manages the work crews who are responsible for everything from painting to job site cleaning . Constantly onsite, he is able to control quality, make changes, and respond to customers immediately.
	Pam Diaz-Fedro, Administrative Assistant pfedro@fedrocustomhomes.com Brief Biography: Pam has been an integral part of the family business since Roger began building in 1999. She serves numerous roles from accounting to administrative assistant. Pam excels at providing superior customer service.
